Ruins is an iterative exhibition of interdisciplinary artists reckoning with queer histories, pasts, archives, legacies, and loss within their own contemporary studio practices. The artists in Ruins unearth LGBTQ+ histories, search for their fragmentary pieces, and reimagine our queer constellations. This iteration of Ruins is a regional survey of artists based in or with strong ties to Colorado.
